How Can You Sell Your Business and Keep It?
What are the key solutions for business succession?<\/p>

The FareWell team, in partnership with the investment firm Serene Network, hosted several panel discussions this week.<\/p>

The tour began in Guadeloupe with a breakfast seminar on refinancing mechanisms that prevent loss of ownership, particularly the OBO.<\/p>

The next day, still in Baie-Mahaut, the after-work seminar focused on tools for business succession: transfer of ownership, donation of ownership, and the Dutreil Pact.<\/p>

The team wrapped up the tour in Fort-de-France, Martinique, with a third conference held at the \u201cVillage by CA\u201d business accelerator.<\/p>

The discussions were very interactive, involving the many participating entrepreneurs\u2014a diverse, intergenerational, and cosmopolitan group from all walks of life.<\/p>
