\u27a4For LITIGATION cases involving the tax authorities, our fees are based on the outcome, calculated as a percentage of the tax refund obtained\u2014which is standard practice.<\/p>\n

\u27a4 Less commonly, when the team provides CONSULTING services, we offer a flat fee combined with a success fee.<\/p>\n

  • FareWell charges a flat fee to review the case and identify optimization solutions tailored to the client\u2019s objectives and circumstances.<\/li>\n
  • Once the plan has been approved, FareWell calculates the client\u2019s gain resulting from the plan compared to the client\u2019s initial situation (a percentage ranging from 5 to 7% of the client\u2019s gain, excluding tax, depending on the situation).\n

    \u27a4 Our clients also benefit from our tax guarantee: we defend our tax planning strategies at no additional charge (as part of our success-based fee structure) in the event of a request for information or a proposed adjustment from the tax authorities.<\/p>\n

    \u27a4 When a success-based fee is not applicable, Farewell may offer a “satisfaction-based” fee, the amount of which is set at the beginning of the assignment and is left to the client’s discretion.<\/p>\n
