This approach stems from our experience in “full-service” firms. However, this “traditional” organizational structure, which offers apparent convenience, also reveals its limitations—notably, a sometimes poor fit between teams from other practice areas and the clients’ personalities, or a lack of capacity among other colleagues to handle the case as soon as it comes in.

➨ However, structuring an estate or selling a business goes far beyond mere legal and tax considerations. These transactions involve legal, financial, and estate planning aspects that are closely intertwined.

That is why we wanted to expand our network to include notaries, wealth management advisors, certified public accountants, and private bankers.
