The tour began in Guadeloupe with a breakfast seminar on refinancing mechanisms that prevent loss of ownership, particularly the OBO.
The next day, still in Baie-Mahaut, the after-work seminar focused on tools for business succession: transfer of ownership, donation of ownership, and the Dutreil Pact.
The team wrapped up the tour in Fort-de-France, Martinique, with a third conference held at the “Village by CA” business accelerator.
The discussions were very interactive, involving the many participating entrepreneurs—a diverse, intergenerational, and cosmopolitan group from all walks of life.
